These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application (“LOXDN”) provided by LOXDN. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. Accounts and OTP

You may need to register and verify your identity using an email or phone number. You consent to receiving one-time passcodes (OTPs) for authentication and account access.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer paid features via in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed through Apple or Google. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your platform account settings. We do not issue refunds; please refer to your app store’s refund policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the App for illegal or abusive purposes
• Interfering with or damaging the App
• Accessing accounts or data not belonging to you

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion. You may discontinue use at any time.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes must be brought in the courts of New York City, New York County.
